Temperature: Characterized by two major seasons the wet season, that starts from November till March and a dry season from April to October. The peak season is June to September; weather conditions are favorable making it the best time for hiking around the Inca trail and Machu-Picchu Mountains.

Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu is a 15th-century Inca citadel, located in the Eastern Cordillera of southern Peru, on a 2,430-metre (7,970 ft) mountain ridge. It is located in the Machupicchu District within Urubamba Province above the Sacred Valley, which is 80 kilometers northwest of Cuzco. The Urubamba River flows past it, cutting through the Cordillera and creating a canyon with a tropical mountain climate.
Lake Titicaca
Lake Titicaca is a lake located at an altitude of 3,812 m. Since 1862, it has held the world record for the world’s highest waterway for large tonnage ships. It is also the largest lake in South America, with an area of 9,710 km².
Nazca Lines
The Nazca Lines are over 1500 huge scratches in the desert near Nazca and Palpa in Peru, only visible and recognizable from the air. The lines, the desert and the culture are named after the city of Nazca, which is not far from the plain. The Paracas culture and the Nazca culture are considered to be the originators of the lines. The Nazca plain shows dead straight lines, triangles and trapezoidal areas as well as figures with a size of about ten to several hundred meters, Images of people, monkeys, birds and whales. Due to their enormous size, they can only be seen from a great distance, from the surrounding hills or from airplanes.
Colca Valley
The Colca Valley is a gorge near Chivay in Peru, 97 km north of Arequipa. Cañón del Colca, after the Tara Gorge in Montenegro at 1,300 m is the third deepest canyon in the world. From a geological point of view, the Cañón del Colca is less than 100 million years old to be considered young. Rock paintings and caves, in which the so-called “colcas”, containers for storing grain, were once kept, bear witness to the past of the Collagua culture; of the original inhabitants of the region.
Sacsayhuamán
The ruins of the Inca fortress Sacsayhuamán are today one of the most important sights from the Inca period and are located on the outskirts of the Peruvian city of Cuzco. It is about 3 km above the city center.During the Spanish conquest, the facility was partially destroyed, and the building structure has since been further damaged by earthquakes.According to Pedro Cieza de León, 20,000 people are said to have worked on it during the 70-year construction period in the second half of the 15th century.
Moray
The Inca complex Moray is a complex consisting of several terraces at different heights. It was built in three larger natural sinkholes of different depths. Except for the largest depression, the systems are concentric and circular. Potatoes and barley were grown on the site until 50 years ago. The terracing and the arrangement in the round result in a superimposition of the macroclimate with a number of different microclimates for each terrace. It is possible that Moray served the Incas as an agricultural experimental field to study the influence of these microclimates on plant growth.
Tambomachay
Tambomachay is a water sanctuary about 8 kilometers north of Cusco in Peru. The facility, located at an altitude of 3700 m, dates from the Inca period. Water pours in canals over four terraced levels. The complex is well developed for tourism and can be viewed for a fee from a parking lot on 28B. In the immediate vicinity on the other side of 28B is the ruin of the small Inca fortress Puka Pukara. A farming village about 10 km away is also called Tambomachay.

Museo Arqueológico Rafael Larco Herrera
The Larco Museum is a private museum of pre-Columbian art located in the Pueblo Libre district of Lima, Peru. The museum is housed in a viceroyal building from the 18th century. It features chronological galleries that provide an in-depth overview of 5,000 years of Peruvian pre-Columbian history.
Huascarán National Park
The Huascarán National Park covers the Andes region beyond 4000 m in the Cordillera Blanca in Peru. It has an area of 3400 km². In the national park is the highest mountain in Peru at 6768 m and the fourth highest mountain in South America, which bears the name Nevado Huascarán.
Q'enco Archaeological Complex
Kenko or Quenco is an archaeological site in the Sacred Valley of Peru located in the Cusco Region, Cusco Province, Cusco District, about 6 km northeast of Cusco. The site has been declared Cultural Heritage of the Cusco Region by the National Institute of Culture.
Parque de la Reserva
Parque de la Reserva is a park located in central Lima, Peru. Built in an irregular shape, it is located between two of the city’s main streets, Express Paseo de la Republica street and Arequipa Boulevard.
Huaca Pucllana
Huaca Pucllana or Huaca Juliana (possibly from Quechua wak’a a local shrine to a protector deity, a sacred place, sacred, pukllana game)is a great adobe and clay pyramid located in the Miraflores district of central Lima , Peru, built from seven staggered platforms. It served as an important ceremonial and administrative center for the advancement of the Lima Culture, a society which developed in the Peruvian Central Coast between the years of 200 and 700.
St. Francis Basilica
The Basilica of St. Francis is a Franciscan monastery church in the historic center of Lima, the capital of Peru. The church of the Archdiocese of Lima is today consecrated to Blessed Francisco Palau y Quer and bears the title of a minor basilica. It is part of the Franciscan monastery, to which two other churches belong.

Parque Lima Cathedral or St. John’s Cathedral Basilica is a Roman Catholic church in Lima, the capital of Peru. The cathedral of the Archdiocese of Lima is consecrated to the apostle and evangelist John and also bears the title of a minor basilica.
Park of love
“El Parque del Amor. It was inaugurated on February 14, 1993 (Day of Love). It is represented by a beautiful sculpture dedicated to love, “El Beso”, whose author is the Peruvian artist Víctor Delfín.”
Arequipa Cathedral
Arequipa Cathedral or Cathedral Basilica of Santa Maria is a Roman Catholic church in Arequipa in southern Peru. The cathedral of the Archdiocese of Arequipa is dedicated to Mary and has the title of a minor basilica. The church, which occupies the entire north side of the Plaza de Armas, is a central structure of the UNESCO World Heritage Historic City Center of Arequipa.

The Reserva Nacional de Lachay is a national reserve in western Peru in the north of the Lima region. The area has an area of 50.7 km². It is listed in IUCN Category VI as a protected area, the management of which serves the sustainable use of natural ecosystems and habitats. It serves to preserve the landscape of a low coastal mountain range and thus an ecosystem of threatened plant and animal species.
Plaza San Martín
Plaza San Martín is one of the most representative public spaces of the city of Lima, Peru. It is located at the ninth block of Colmena Boulevard, in the historic center of Lima, which was declared a world heritage site in 1988 by UNESCO.
Plaza de Armas Arequipa
The Plaza de Armas de Arequipa is one of the main public spaces in Arequipa and the founding place of the city. It is located in the Historic Center of Arequipa, around it is the Cathedral of Arequipa in the North, the Portals of Arequipa to the east, south and west, La Compañía Church to the south-east, La Iglesia Nuestra Señora de la Merced to the south -west and in the center of the square a bronze pool.
